This policy explains what personal data Nozick Capital ("we", "us") collects through nozickcapital.com, why, and what rights you have. If you have any questions, write to luka@nozickcapital.com.
Who is responsible
Nozick Capital is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at luka@nozickcapital.com.
What we collect and why
- Enquiry form. Your name, email address, company (optional), topic and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if we start working together, to manage that relationship.
- Emails you send us. The content of your email and your contact details, for the same purpose.
- Call bookings. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email and the details you enter, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
- Website analytics and advertising measurement (only if you accept cookies). Information about how you reached and used the site, such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and whether you clicked to book a call or contact us.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Legal basis
We handle enquiries and bookings on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to measure visits and the performance of our advertising. If you click "Decline", or ignore the banner, these cookies are not set. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Who processes data for us
- Netlify, which hosts the website and receives enquiry form submissions.
- Cal.com, which runs our booking page.
- Microsoft, which provides our email.
- Google, for analytics and advertising measurement, only with your consent.
Some of these providers process data outside Serbia and the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if no engagement follows, for up to 24 months. If we work together, we keep records for as long as the engagement and applicable legal obligations require. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your personal data, and ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, to object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to luka@nozickcapital.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EU, the authority in your country.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
